회사는 GoldenEar 서비스 제공을 위해 아래와 같이 개인정보를 수집·이용합니다.

제1조 (수집 항목)

• 서비스 내부 사용자 식별자(UUID)
• 로그인 방식 정보(이메일, Google, Apple 등)
• 이메일 주소
• 비밀번호(암호화 저장)
• 닉네임
• 국가 정보
• 언어 정보
• 시간대 정보
• 학습 기록 및 진행 데이터
• 기기 및 알림 정보(FCM 토큰 등)
• 구글 로그인 이용 시 Google 계정 식별 정보

제2조 (수집 및 이용 목적)

• 회원가입 및 로그인 처리
• 사용자 식별 및 계정 관리
• 학습 기록 저장 및 동기화
• 출석, 경험치, 통계 등 서비스 기능 제공
• 서비스 운영 및 오류 확인
• 푸시 알림 제공
• 프로모션 서비스 제공 및 계정 연동

제3조 (보유 및 이용 기간)

• 회원 탈퇴 시까지 보관합니다.
• 관련 법령에 따라 일정 기간 보관이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.

제4조 (동의 거부 권리)

• 이용자는 개인정보 수집·이용 동의를 거부할 수 있습니다.
• 단, 필수 항목 동의 거부 시 회원가입 및 서비스 이용이 제한될 수 있습니다.

제5조 (개인정보의 파기)

• 회사는 개인정보 보유기간의 경과, 처리 목적 달성 등 개인정보가 불필요하게 되었을 때에는 지체 없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
• 회원 탈퇴 시 개인정보는 즉시 파기되며, 관련 법령에 따라 보관이 필요한 정보는 해당 기간 동안 보관 후 파기합니다.

제6조 (개인정보의 제3자 제공)

• 회사는 이용자의 개인정보를 외부에 제공하지 않습니다.
• 다만, 법령에 특별한 규정이 있거나 이용자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우에는 예외로 합니다.

제7조 (개인정보 처리 위탁)

• Google Firebase (푸시 알림, 앱 운영)
• Google OAuth (구글 로그인)

제8조 (이용자의 권리)

• 이용자는 언제든지 자신의 개인정보에 대한 열람, 정정, 삭제 및 회원 탈퇴를 요청할 수 있습니다.
• 회원 탈퇴 시 관련 개인정보는 관련 법령에 따른 보관 의무가 없는 경우 즉시 삭제됩니다.

GoldenEar Privacy Policy

The Company collects and uses personal information as follows for the provision of the GoldenEar Service.

Article 1 (Information Collected)

• Internal user identifier (UUID)
• Login method information (Email, Google, Apple, etc.)
• Email address
• Password (stored in encrypted form)
• Nickname
• Country information
• Language information
• Time zone information
• Learning records and progress data
• Device and notification information (such as FCM tokens)
• Google account identification information when using Google Sign-In

Article 2 (Purpose of Collection and Use)

• User registration and login processing
• User identification and account management
• Storage and synchronization of learning records
• Provision of service features such as attendance, experience points, and statistics
• Service operation and error monitoring
• Provision of push notifications
• Provision of promotional services and account linkage between Company-operated services

Article 3 (Retention and Use Period)

• Personal information is retained until account withdrawal.
• Where retention is required by applicable laws and regulations, the information may be retained for the required period.

Article 4 (Right to Refuse Consent)

• Users may refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information.
• However, refusal to consent to required items may restrict user registration and use of the Service.

Article 5 (Destruction of Personal Information)

• The Company shall destroy personal information without delay when such information becomes unnecessary due to the expiration of the retention period or the achievement of the processing purpose.
• Upon account withdrawal, personal information shall be immediately destroyed. Information required to be retained under applicable laws and regulations shall be retained for the required period and then destroyed.

Article 6 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

• The Company does not provide users' personal information to external parties.
• However, exceptions may apply where otherwise required by law or where separate consent has been obtained from the user.

• Google Firebase (push notifications, app operation)
• Google OAuth (Google Sign-In)
• The Company complies with applicable personal information protection laws and regulations when entering into outsourcing agreements.

Article 8 (Rights of Users)

• Users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or account withdrawal regarding their personal information at any time.
• Upon account withdrawal, related personal information shall be deleted immediately unless retention is required by applicable laws and regulations.
